Our standard surface mount with terminals is applicable for both residential and commercial installations. It can be installed on a steel surface with a minimum gap penalty. Spacers, terminal covers and mounting hardware included. You can choose between standard or extra wide gap (Depends also on magnet pairing.).

Note: This product is a switch only. Magnets can be purchased separately.
