When we made the first NMD trainer, we started by breaking all the rules. We looked at running designs to make a shoe for day-to-day style. And we looked into the archives to create something for the future. The result is these everyday adidas shoes that fuse comfort and good looks. This shoe's upper is made with a high-performance yarn which contains at least 50% Parley Ocean Plastic — reimagined plastic waste, intercepted on remote islands, beaches, coastal communities and shorelines, preventing it from polluting our ocean. The other 50% of the yarn is recycled polyester.
